Online Fitness Coaching
While in-person training certainly has its advantages, scheduling conflicts & costs can limit your sessions to once a week—or even less—& life’s unexpected interruptions may force cancellations. With an online fitness program, you’re in control of your journey while still benefiting from the expertise of a personal trainer to guide you toward your goals.
An online program empowers you to seamlessly integrate fitness into your daily routine, no matter what life throws your way. It eliminates the guesswork from your workouts while teaching proper form & technique, & it provides the accountability & motivation you need to stay consistent.



My Online Workout Program Includes:

Three 50-minute custom workouts per week tailored to your body and goals.

Video demonstrations for every exercise to ensure proper form & muscle activation.

Detailed guidance with reps, sets & load ranges for every movement.

A comprehensive stretch & foam rolling routine to loosen tight muscles & boost flexibility.

Programs that evolve with you—each lasts 5 weeks, allowing you to progress through rep, set & load ranges.

After every workout, you’ll rate its difficulty, helping me adjust your plan as needed.

Every 5 weeks, you’ll receive a new program with fresh workouts to keep you challenged & prevent plateaus.
Additional Features:

Scheduled calendar: Your workouts are mapped out for you, but the schedule is flexible. Can’t make a day? Simply move your session to another. You can also add activities like fitness classes, walks, or hikes to keep you motivated.

Trainerize app:

Structure: I’ll create a detailed workout & stretch schedule, with options for cardio or other activities.

Unlimited Communication: Message me anytime through the app for guidance or support.

Accountability: Mark your workouts as completed, &I’ll receive daily updates on your progress. If I see you’re falling behind, I’ll check in to keep you on track!
